- All comment responses are prompt and transparent. You know exactly where we stand in the approval process.
- While we wait for permits, we work with you to select all your finishes and fixtures.
- A detailed project plan including specifications, selections, and timelines is shared with you through our project management software.
- We coordinate with vendors and finalize material specifications.
- Material pricing is locked when warranted by market conditions.

Construction
- Pre-construction meetings ensure everyone is aligned before we break ground.
- Daily log updates, production schedule, selection approvals, and budget tracking are accessible through our project management app.
- Our team is available when you have questions.
- Your project manager is onsite regularly to ensure everything goes smoothly and details are not missed. We are careful not to overload our project managers.
- We clean up daily and maintain a safe, organized job site.

Completion & Beyond
- Near completion, we complete a punch list walk-through together to ensure every detail is correct.
- Once all items are complete, we conduct a final walkthrough.
- You receive a close-out package with all permits, warranties, manuals and a maintenance schedule.
