  • During our site visit we assess existing structures, topography, utilities and site access.
  • The information from our site visit is combined with our research to complete a project feasibility study.

Feasibility

  • We research building code requirements for your specific project.
  • Zoning overlays and lot restrictions are thoroughly analyzed.
  • Setbacks, height limits, and coverage requirements are documented.
  • All findings are evaluated against your project goals to confirm feasibility.
  • Potential challenges or opportunities are identified upfront.
  • You receive a feasibility study documenting all findings and confirming project viability.

Design

  • We assemble a team of architects, engineers, and designers that best fits your project and style.
  • We document your site conditions and existing utilities, coordinating any needed soil studies or surveying.
  • Together, we complete an iterative design process to develop the optimal design.
  • Your project is designed in 3D from day one to help you visualize the space.
  • We integrate sustainable building techniques and materials to create spaces that are healthy, comfortable, and cost-effective through energy efficiency.
  • We design with the budget in mind, making refinements as needed.
  • We start utility coordination and permit work early to prevent construction delays.

Approvals & Planning

  • We handle municipal paperwork, preparing and submitting your construction documents.
  • We closely monitor review deadlines with professional follow-ups as needed.
  • All comment responses are prompt and transparent. You know exactly where we stand in the approval process.
  • While we wait for permits, we work with you to select all your finishes and fixtures.
  • A detailed project plan including specifications, selections, and timelines is shared with you through our project management software.
  • We coordinate with vendors and finalize material specifications.
  • Material pricing is locked when warranted by market conditions.
05.

Construction

  • Pre-construction meetings ensure everyone is aligned before we break ground.
  • Daily log updates, production schedule, selection approvals, and budget tracking are accessible through our project management app.
  • Our team is available when you have questions.
  • Your project manager is onsite regularly to ensure everything goes smoothly and details are not missed. We are careful not to overload our project managers.
  • We clean up daily and maintain a safe, organized job site.
06.

Completion & Beyond

  • Near completion, we complete a punch list walk-through together to ensure every detail is correct.
  • Once all items are complete, we conduct a final walkthrough.
  • You receive a close-out package with all permits, warranties, manuals and a maintenance schedule.
  • Our relationship continues after completion—we're here for questions, warranty items, and future projects.
  • We offer ongoing worry-free maintenance programs to preserve your investment.
